部分否定と全否定
着眼点not と all / every / both / always などが一緒に来たら部分否定（すべてが〜というわけではない）。

注意All the students did not pass. のように not が all より後ろに来る文も部分否定になりやすいが、文脈や強勢で判断する。書くときは Not all … が安全。
