one / another / the other / others の整理
着眼点「全部で何個あるか」と「特定できるか」で使い分ける。

私には兄弟が2人いる。1人は大阪に、もう1人は名古屋に住んでいる。

歩いて通学する生徒もいれば、自転車で通学する生徒もいる。
注意another は単数形のみ（another two days のように数詞が付くときは複数も可）。the others は残り全員、others は「他の何人か」。
