it の用法と one / that / those
着眼点it は「同じ物」、one は「同種の別の物」、that/those は「前の名詞の繰り返し（修飾語つき）」。

注意that/those は直後に of ～ などの修飾語が必要。those who ～（～する人々）は慣用。
