場所・補語の前置による倒置（Here comes / On the hill stood …）
着眼点副詞や補語が文頭に出ると、S V が V S になる。主語が代名詞のときは倒置しない。

ポイント否定でない副詞句（In the box was …）の倒置は、助動詞を使わず V S の語順になる。
