着眼点過去の時点が明示されるか、現在とのつながりがあるかで決める。

ポイントthis morning / today は「その時間がまだ続いているか」で選ぶ。Have you seen him today?（今日はまだ続いている）。
注意現在完了に付けない語：yesterday, last ～, ～ ago, when ～, just now, then。
